In case you couldn't tell, I dressed up as Lilo from Lilo & Stitch for Halloween. It was actually a really easy but still creative costume! Instead of buying an expensive yet cheap quality costume that I would wear once ever, I got clothes that I actually like and could wear on a day to day basis. Although the kimono was not strictly part of the costume, I threw it on for a little extra warmth and it does fit the island vibe. This was my first Halloween at university, and it did not disappoint.
