One of the biggest things I'm thankful for right now is it being above freezing, having come back to the US from Canada. Kidding! Kind of.
Jokes aside, I do have many things to be thankful for today. I'm lucky enough to be spending the holiday with my father and with friends, and to be having a belly full of delicious food tonight. I'm thankful to be able to go to university so I will have so many more opportunities in the future, and to have parents who support me in that. Most of all, I'm thankful for the traveling I have done. It may seem like a silly thing to be thankful for, but so many people have not had the chance to travel as much as I have at my age. It has given me a much broader viewpoint and connections with friends across the globe. It has instilled in me a desire to always be learning more, understanding people and places that are new to me. I feel that my traveling really has shaped me as a person, and I wouldn't be who I am today without it.
On a less serious note, my outfit. I decided to continue in my love for faux suede and wore a hunter green faux suede skirt paired with a warm, white cable knit sweater. The colours are still fall-esque without being orange or brown. I don't own much dark green, but I really like this skirt and the colour. The white sweater has been a staple in my wardrobe for a while- really warm and comfy while still being cute.
